About the Role

Ten is looking for a passionate, motivated and resourceful Lifestyle Manager – Language Specialist to join our growing APAC team.

As a Lifestyle Manager, no two days are the same. You will handle a wide variety of interesting and often complex requests, using your knowledge, research skills, creativity and network to find the best possible solutions for our members.

As a Language Specialist, you will primarily support requests across Travel, Retail and Entertainment, including restaurants, events and ticketing. You will use your language skills, local knowledge and customer service expertise to deliver highly personalised solutions within agreed timeframes.

You will also contribute to sharing knowledge and best practices with your team and colleagues across Ten, helping us continuously improve the quality and consistency of our service.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a diverse range of lifestyle, travel, retail and entertainment requests from our members.
• Research and source personalised solutions based on each member's individual needs and preferences.
• Use your knowledge, creativity and network to solve complex or challenging requests.
• Communicate with members and suppliers clearly and professionally in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Build knowledge of destinations, restaurants, events, experiences, retailers and other lifestyle services.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the APAC region and wider Ten global network.
• Share useful knowledge, contacts and best practices with your team.
• Manage multiple requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy, responsiveness and service quality.
• Ensure excellent service continuity throughout the later part of the day and into the evening.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys finding creative solutions for our members.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Native-level Mandarin and/or Cantonese, with fluent spoken and written English.
• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate calmly and professionally with members and suppliers.
• A strong customer-service mindset and genuine passion for helping people.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a willingness to go the extra mile to find the right solution.
• The ability to work independently, take initiative and perform effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong research skills and the ability to quickly find and evaluate relevant information.
• Excellent computer and internet skills.
• The ability to multitask and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• High adaptability and the ability to remain effective in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Self-motivation, commitment, initiative and drive.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team.
• Previous experience in the travel industry is advantageous but not essential.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a combination of day and evening shifts.

Our operating hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and shifts will be scheduled within these hours according to operational requirements.

The role operates Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays, as part of our 7-day service operation.
