Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)

Position: Full-Time
Location: Washington
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary

This position supports clients through structured, goal-oriented therapy delivered entirely online. You will work with a diverse client base, providing consistent care while benefiting from a predictable schedule and streamlined remote systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions using approved platforms
• Assess client progress and therapeutic outcomes
• Complete clinical notes and reports
• Follow professional and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams

Requirements

• Active Washington mental health license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW)
• Master’s degree in a mental health field
• Clinical experience delivering therapy services
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong attention to documentation and compliance
