Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Location: Hawaii
Position: Full-Time
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are hiring an LMHC licensed in Hawaii to provide virtual counseling to adults. You’ll work with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship concerns, or other issues affecting their daily lives. The role is focused on direct therapy, clear documentation, and regular consultation when a case would benefit from another clinical perspective.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling through secure telehealth sessions
• Work with clients on a range of emotional and behavioral health concerns
• Determine appropriate areas of focus based on each client’s situation
• Maintain complete and timely clinical records
• Take part in clinical consultation and case discussions when needed
• Contribute to quality and documentation reviews as required
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries
• Follow Hawaii LMHC licensing and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active Hawaii LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related discipline
• At least 2 years of independent clinical practice experience
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Reliable internet and private workspace for telehealth delivery
