Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a New Hampshire-licensed LCSW to provide clinical therapy services through telehealth. The position involves direct client care, clinical assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing case management for individuals seeking support with mental health and life-related concerns.

The successful candidate will be comfortable managing an independent caseload, exercising sound clinical judgment, and maintaining accurate documentation while working within a remote care model.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
• Establish treatment goals and develop appropriate care plans
• Apply therapeutic interventions consistent with client needs and clinical presentation
• Review treatment progress and modify the approach when clinically indicated

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active New Hampshire clinical social work license in good standing
• Ability to independently provide clinical services in a telehealth setting
• ASWB Clinical exam completion is part of New Hampshire’s clinical social worker licensure pathway.
