Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Connecticut (Remote/Telehealth)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + Full Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time remote position. You will provide therapy to clients dealing with a range of mental health concerns and manage the clinical responsibilities that come with each case. The role includes client sessions, assessments, treatment planning, follow-up care, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions through telehealth
• Complete assessments and review client concerns
• Develop treatment plans based on client needs
• Provide ongoing counseling to individuals, families, and groups
• Monitor client progress and update treatment when needed
• Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes

Requirements

• LCSW certification (active and in good standing).
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.
