Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who brings a balanced approach to mental health care and understands the impact that life circumstances can have on a person’s wellbeing. The right clinician will be comfortable working with adults from different backgrounds, building trust through virtual care, and providing support that takes into account both emotional health and the practical challenges clients may be facing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual teletherapy sessions through a secure virtual platform
• Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant client information
• Develop care plans that reflect each client’s needs, strengths, and goals
• Support clients experiencing stress, mood concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges
• Track progress and document clinical updates accurately
• Recognize when additional resources, referrals, or support services may be appropriate
• Maintain a consistent schedule and professional remote work environment

Requirements

• Active Kansas LCSW license in good standing
• Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensure
• Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role
• Experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, or major life changes.
• Experience with clinical social work, therapy, psychosocial assessment, or care planning is helpful.
