Als Supervisor (m/w/d) unterstützt Du den Assistent und den Store Manager und leitest die Teammitglieder im Verkauf an.

Dieser Bauplan eröffnet Dir neue Gestaltungsräume und Entwicklungschancen:
• Wahrnehmen einer Vorbildrolle für die Teammitglieder im Verkauf
• Fachliche Führung des Store Teams
• Produkt- und Verkaufsschulung für die Teammitglieder
• Einhaltung der CI-Richtlinien des Unternehmens
• Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheitsstandards
• Inventory Management
• Administrative Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft
• Teilnahme an Meetings

• Mehrjährige Berufs- und erste Führungserfahrung
• Ausgeprägtes Verkaufs- und Organisationstalent sowie ein souveränes und positives Auftreten
• Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für unsere LEGO® Produkte
• Erfahrung mit Verkaufssystemen sowie Kenntnisse des MS-Office Pakets
• Strukturierte und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
