Braun Intertec is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist in Bloomington, MN to administer the Law Department's core contract, risk management, and operational processes, including legal intake and workflow management, departmental technology platforms, and strategic initiatives. This role supports legal personnel through project management, data analytics, process improvements, training, and implementation of legal systems and tools. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees administrative processes in connection with the Company's contract management program, including contract intake, templates, playbooks, routing procedures, workflows, and related policies and processes.
- Serves as administrator for Law Department contract management, SharePoint, and network platforms, including creating, maintaining, and updating SharePoint sites as required.
- Manages legal intake and related workflows, including management of the Law Department electronic inbox, routing requests, tracking status, and coordinating follow-up.
- Maintains and assists with the development of Law Department procedures, training materials, job aids, and other process documentation.
- Responsible for review and management of nondisclosure agreements.
- Manages Law Department vendor invoices.
- Prepares reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support Law Department planning, operations, and continuous improvement.
- Provides administrative support to Law Department personnel, including coordinating schedules, arranging travel, processing expense reports, and supporting department operations.
- Supports planning, implementation, and management of legal and corporate initiatives by assisting with strategic projects, M&A due diligence, integration activities, and corporate governance matters.
- Administers business license and registration program, including tracking, preparing, and submitting renewal applications and coordinating with vendors and internal functions as needed to gather required information.
- Coordinates across business functions to support Law Department programs and projects.
- Assists with training and communication efforts related to Law Department policies, procedures, and operational initiatives.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by the Senior Corporate Counsel.

- Able to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deadlines; take ownership of assignments; proactively drive work to completion; and effectively adapt to changing circumstances while keeping stakeholders informed and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
- Possess exceptional professional oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles; ability to convey messages that have the desired effect.
- Able to provide clear direction to internal stakeholders regarding policy and process requirements while maintaining a collaborative, professional, and respectful approach.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years of administrative experience in an in-house corporate law department or law firm required; experience in the architectural, engineering, and/or construction industry preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn software platforms; working knowledge of contract management tools and software platforms or systems preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc., with the ability to independently create, customize, and maintain departmental SharePoint sites, reports, workflows, forms, presentations, and collaboration sites in compliance with company branding, formatting, and document quality standards.
Working Environment:
- This position may be fully in-office or a hybrid position and will be based in Bloomington, MN at the Corporate Headquarters. If hybrid, the position is required to be in the office no less than 3 days per week.
- Office environment, using computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed to perform duties; frequent interruptions throughout the day are likely.

Compensation Range:
