About the Role
The Legal team supports Sky Mavis across a wide range of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and operational matters across multiple jurisdictions. As a fast-growing Web3 company with a global footprint, the Legal team works closely with business teams and external counsel to support the company’s legal and business objectives.
The Legal Counsel / Paralegal will report to the Senior Legal Counsel.
What You’ll Do
Provide day-to-day legal support to the Senior Legal Counsel and the wider Legal team across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters.
Support corporate governance matters, including entity registrations, corporate filings, board documentation, resolutions, legal notices, and maintenance of corporate records.
Assist with the review, preparation, coordination, execution, and maintenance of commercial agreements and other legal documents under the supervision of the Legal team.
Support financing transactions, corporate transactions, and other due diligence exercises, including preparing and reviewing document checklists, coordinating information requests, and organising transaction materials.
Coordinate with external counsel on legal matters, including tracking requests, deliverables, timelines, and legal fees.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Law. A qualified lawyer is preferred for the Legal Counsel track.
3–4 years of relevant experience in an in-house legal department, law firm, or similar legal environment.
Solid understanding of corporate, commercial, and general legal matters.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters, documents, and deadlines simultaneously.
Must reside in Vietnam and be able to periodically travel to the company’s global offices.
