[What you will be working on]

• Engage industry partners to offer industry-relevant CET programmes to meet their learning needs and drive enrolment growth.
• Develop and execute marketing and outreach initiatives for CET programmes to drive programme awareness and learner recruitment.
• Manage the end-to-end administration of CET programmes and short courses in areas of planning, scheduling, admissions, setup, orientation, student progression, and feedback management.
• Lead and support digitalisation / automation / process improvement initiatives.
• Responsible for learning unit development, delivery, internship / project supervision, assessment setting and marking for both full time and part time courses.
• Mentor and guide learners in their holistic development.
• Contribute to school-wide events and activities.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned that support school's vision.

[What we are looking for]

• Relevant qualification in Business-related or IT discipline.
• Proven experience in business development, marketing, data analysis or process automation.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools (social media platforms, Google Ads, email marketing tools, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI / Power Automate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous and results-orientated.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload to meet deadlines and adapt effectively to changes / requirements
