We are looking for a Learning and Development Partner to join our IP Admin Training Team in NOIDA. This is an amazing opportunity to work with the Training Team and help the Global Teams learn IP from anywhere and at any time. The team consists of 6 Trainers and is reporting to the Director, Service Operations. We have a great skill set in IP and we would love to speak with you if experience in Patents

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments   

• Work experience – at least 1-year IPR domain in developing eLearning Modules using Storyline 360 and rise 

• Hands on experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. 

• Education - Bachelor's degree in any stream.

·       Supports the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development programs that enhance employee onboarding, skill growth, and organizational effectiveness. Contribute to creating engaging learning experiences, maintaining training systems and content, and aligning development initiatives with business goals.

• Collaborate on the design, development, and delivery of Learning & Development initiatives, ensuring alignment to business objectives and needs.

• Prior experience of working on SumTotal - Learning Management System 

• Publishing Learning Dashboards 
• IP Experience

What will you be doing in this role?  

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to manage and enhance onboarding processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person onboarding, learning and training programs, ensuring a consistent and engaging colleague experience.
• Train and support regional facilitators to deliver consistent Learning & Development programs.
• Partner with business units to ensure alignment between corporate onboarding and team-specific learning is integrated into Learning & Development programs and content.
• Continuously evaluate and update learning content to reflect organizational updates, priorities, and learner needs.
• Analyze onboarding program feedback, make recommendations and contribute to continuous improvements to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.

• Design and develop e-learning solutions using a combination of media, including text, graphics, animation, audio, video, and interactive content compatible and complied to company platform, to maximize engagement and successfully transfer the instructional message. 

• Integrate adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies for both traditional instructor-led & web-based training material 

• Strong analytical skills to process complex information and translate and incorporate the information into effective, engaging course designs. 

• Convert PPT to videos and interactive training for software training. 

About the Team    

The IP360 team, a global training team, is responsible for enabling the Global IP Admin teams situated in Noida, IN, the US, and Belgrade, Serbia on Intellectual Property. The team consists of five IP- Trainers who, on average, have 10 years of IP experience. Their areas of expertise are patents and trademarks. To make their trainings more accessible to the global teams and to allow for self-paced learning, the IP360 team plans to digitize them; by utilizing the Learning Management Systems (LMS) and converting all the modules into eLearning Modules.

The incumbent is required to work during India working hours.
