As a Services Lean Leader, you will coach senior business leaders, build lean capability, and guide the business’s lean transformation. Through lean leadership and practical application of lean principles, you will be accountable for delivering breakthrough year-over-year improvements in safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost performance.
Coach and lead lean behaviors, principles, and tools across an operational or functional area. Drive cultural transformation resulting in step-change in operational business metrics.
Job Description
What you’ll do
You will support business leaders in building a strong Lean Roadmap, coach through a learning-by-doing model, and help cascade the approach across the organization by:
Establishing regular leadership meetings to create, execute, reflect on, and learn from action plans to reach achieve SQDC KPI targets and Hoshin breakthroughs.
Providing an objective view of business processes and opportunities for standardization and improvement.
Helping business leaders map current state processes and value streams, design future states with less waste, and build action plans to close gaps.
Providing hands-on support to plan and run effective Kaizen events.
Teaching and enabling leaders to implement a comprehensive lean system, including Daily Management, KPI Bowlers and Action Plans, Monthly Operating Reviews, structured Problem Solving, Kaizen events, and Leader Standard Work.
Curating and sharing lean content, including communications, templates, tools, operating system implementation status, Kaizen activity, business performance results, and success stories.
Guiding clear and effective business leader communication of the lean transformation.
Supporting Lean and Business Operations priorities and culture in alignment with the organization’s core values.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
You will bring lean expertise and relevant experience in quality, manufacturing, operations, field services, supply chain, logistics, project management, and/or engineering, along with:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge / experience
English proficiency is required.
Demonstrated experience applying lean in diverse contexts.
Commitment to helping business leaders and teams improve and build lean capabilities.
Ability to facilitate cross-functional, mission-based teams toward shared goals and measurable results.
Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to spend time at the Gemba and travel globally as needed, up to 20%.

Relocation Assistance Provided: No
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $119,600.00 and $199,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
