For our Store in Roermond we are hiring a passionate Lead (all genders) to lead a talented team of 12 Product Guides alongside the Store Management team. You bring energy and purpose to every part of the store—guest experience, product, people, and operations. Passionate about the outdoors, you live the lifestyle and share it authentically. You lead with care, push for bold goals, and celebrate progress. Together, we leave it better.

Compensation: Salaried | Base + bonus
