Lead Quality Engineer
Job requirements
Experience Range: 4 to 6 years of experience, including substantial hands-on work with Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ solutions Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement quality assurance strategies for Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ modules, ensuring robust test coverage and defect-free releasesDevelop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts for CPQ Pricing Customization, Custom Scripts, and Multi-Dimensional Quoting functionalitiesConfigure and validate advanced approvals, product configurations, quote templates, contracts, and renewals within Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners to define testing requirements and resolve issuesLead root cause analysis (RCA) for defects, identify QA gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall solution qualityTroubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ-related issues, ensuring accurate quoting, pricing, and approval workflowsDocument test results, create comprehensive QA reports, and present findings to stakeholders to support informed decision-makingMentor junior QA engineers, share best practices, and contribute to building a high-performing quality engineering teamRequired Skills:
