We're seeking a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead our Portfolio Marketing efforts for two of our major pillars: Back to School and Evergreen Occasions, a new strategic pillar. As the Lead, Portfolio Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing programs that build our brands’ equity via situational salience, grow topline sales in power windows, improve customer relationships, and deliver strong ROI. You will manage two direct reports and collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing, Media, Partnerships, Away From Home, Sales Operations and external agencies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Portfolio Campaign Development: Craft breakthrough and compelling marketing campaigns that increase brand situational salience, grow basket size and brand cross purchase, and deliver strong ROI using quantitative data and strategic clarity to inform creative strategy and tactical execution.  

Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong creative platforms that allow for  campaign creative customization for priority customers, aligning both customer and brand strategies enabling our eCom & Customer Marketing Team and our Sales teams to leverage as a driver of growth and improved customer relations. 

Topline Sales Growth: Partner with Brand Marketing teams, Insights, and agency partners to create compelling marketing communications and promotions that drive sales growth via cross purchase and bundling during key moments that matter, including: 

Back to School: Lead the development of our portfolio program to drive sales growth during the most critical time of the year for our kids brands.  Tapping into some of our most iconic brands in our portfolio like Lunchables, Kraft Mac and Cheese, Capri Sun and JELL-O you’ll have the opportunity to bring these brands to life in a way that seasonally speaks to the needs of kids and parents alike! 

Evergreen Occasions: Lead the development of a new strategic pillars as we build programs to address the meal occasions that Kraft Heinz brands serve every single day.  Moments like breakfast, lunch and dinner are central to every household and our brands play key roles across every day part and you’ll lead the charge to build our approach. 

Cross Functional Collaboration:  

Align with key stakeholders both horizontally and vertically with leadership across Brand teams, eCommerce & Customer Marketing, Sales Operations and Portfolio Marketing on campaign strategy and development. 

Collaborate with Insights and Finance teams to inform consumer & customer strategy and ensure accurate financial forecasting. 

Provide strategic guidance, creative direction and feedback to both internal and external agency partners on a regular basis. 

Partner with and manage expectations with Account Directors at external agency partners to deliver the scope of the program against key milestones.

Requirements: 

• 8+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand or portfolio marketing and team leadership 

• Experienced in either single or multi-brand strategy & communications  

• Proven track record of positively impacting topline sales growth, and ROI  

• Leader in collaboration and influencing skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams, external agencies and varied stakeholders within a complex organizational matrix  

• Strong strategic thinker with a bias to action and proactivity in problem-solving.  

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to senior stakeholders 

• Recognized as strong people leader who values team and individual development
