NAB Vietnam is looking for a Lead, P2P to join a dynamic and supportive team. In this role, you will work with stakeholders across Vietnam, India, and Australia to streamline the purchase order creation process.

Essential capabilities

• Very good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, complex and dynamic environment.

• People leadership with experience in coaching and building high performance culture

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Possess an agile mindset in delivery.

• Establishes relationships with cross functional teams.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Power BI

• Ability to present data-driven insights clearly to stakeholders

Experience

• 5+ years experience gained within in the Sourcing Operations space, in Procurement or Supply Chain Management

• 3-5 years experience working with SAP or similar configuration and processes

• Hands-on experience with SAP and Ariba is required, with focus on spend analysis, contract management, and Procure to Pay.

Key tasks; accountabilities:

• People leader fundamentals for direct reports

• Escalation points for Sourcing Operations queries

• Ensure offshore team have seamless service delivery to customers.

• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on Sourcing Operations functions, systems and processes.

• Deliver the end-to-end service offering and drive continuous improvement in Sourcing Operations processes.

• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time
