AMC Studio is a world-leading 3D art and game development studio based in Bucharest, Romania, and part of the Keywords Studios international group. Founded in 1996 and with nearly 30 years of activity, AMC has provided 3D art services for major Triple-A titles such as The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Call of Duty, Dead Space, World of Tanks, and the Mafia franchise. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Level Designers and Art Director to maintain visual quality and gameplay clarity.
• Help develop our current team by sharing knowledge, techniques, and best practices.
• Model environment assets (modular pieces, props, terrain elements, hero assets).
• Perform set dressing yourself: composition, storytelling through props, decals, and scene staging.
• Work inside the engine to build and polish level art on a daily basis.
• Ensure technical performance (LODs, draw calls, memory) without sacrificing visual ambition.
• Proactively fill gaps in modular kits with your own high-quality models.
• Review team members' work constructively.

Candidate profile:

Requirements

• 5+ years in environment art / level art for games.

Strong portfolio showing both:

• Your own environment modeling

• Your set dressing work

Technical Skills:

• Strong modeling skills (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).

• Game engine proficiency: Unreal 5 or Unity.

• PBR, texture creation (Substance), and optimization.
