Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer or Associate to join our Litigation Practice in Sydney, working with Partners Kristina Miller and Anella Bortone. Newly admitted lawyers with pre-admission experience are encouraged to apply.

About the team and the work

• You will work across Commonwealth jurisdictions with self-insurers and Government agencies on statutory matters, claims management and litigated proceedings.

• You will gain regular advocacy exposure in the Administrative Review Tribunal, supported by experienced practitioners who are invested in your development.

• You will work closely with senior lawyers and Partners, assisting with the management of a diverse range of administrative law and compensation matters in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

• This is an excellent opportunity to build your expertise within a highly regarded practice, with genuine mentoring, structured development and hands-on responsibility from an early stage.

About you

• You will have approximately 1–3 years' post-admission experience gained in insurance, litigation, administrative law or a related practice area.

• Experience in statutory compensation matters is advantageous but not essential, we are equally interested in candidates who are keen to develop their expertise in this area.

• You will have strong analytical, drafting and communication skills, together with a willingness to learn and take ownership of your work.
