Position Start Date:  August 1, 2027

Required Degree:  JD or PhD in a related field, or international equivalents.  Required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience: 

A successful applicant will have demonstrated skills with legal research and writing.  A successful applicant will also have an outstanding academic background and a commitment to producing influential and enduring scholarship.

Duties/Expectations:

It is expected that the Research Fellow will make significant progress on scholarly projects and both benefit from and contribute to the scholarly work of members of the BYU Law School faculty.
