Job Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have experience representing employers on both a class and individual basis with respect to wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements, along with other labor and employment issues.

Qualified candidates will have solid academic performance in law school, strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career. Candidates must be in good standing with the CA State Bar.

We are trial lawyers and regularly try cases to verdict. Our Labor & Employment trial team is regularly called upon to handle complex, bet-the-company cases and has three U.S. Supreme Court Labor & Employment victories.  Our experience in class and collective litigation is wide-ranging. Our experience with the courts, counsel, and judges across our global footprint that are routinely involved in such matters gives our clients access to critical information utilized to aggressively and efficiently respond to and defend such matters. $260,000 to $365,000 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.  Additional voluntary programs include:  voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance and pet insurance.  Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
