Responsibilities

• Repair and troubleshoot POS, ATM and self-service equipment
• Perform testing, staging and technical validation of equipment and components
• Provide technical support to field teams and Help Desk
• Support R&D activities and technical improvements
• Conduct occasional field visits for complex technical issues

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, Electromechanical Engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience in electronics, electromechanical systems or hardware troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of IT, Windows and networking
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Category B driving license and willingness to travel occasionally
• Experience with POS, ATM or banking equipment will be considered a plus
• Excellent command of Greek & English language
