Position Summary

The L1 Support Analyst serves as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues related to NCR Voyix products and services. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, resolving basic technical issues, documenting incidents, and escalating complex cases to higher support tiers when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a Technical Support, L1 Support Desk, Service Desk, or Customer Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and desktop applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting retail, hospitality, restaurant, or banking technology solutions.
• Knowledge of POS systems and payment technologies.
• Exposure to remote troubleshooting tools.
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
