Key Account Specialist (Advanced Surgery)
We are looking for an Advanced Surgery Sales profesional responsible for driving new account development and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory North and Central Israel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with surgeons, operating room staff and hospital administration.
- Develop and implement local and regional sales strategies.
- Maintain and increase on-label usage of Baxter products through education and in-servicing.
- Monitor product sales and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service and Operations.
- Attend regional and local surgical conferences.
- Create and support marketing events aligned with sales targets.
- Full responsibility for sales targets.
Experience&Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in surgical specialties; knowledge of anatomy and physiology required.
- Proven sales performance.
- Collaboration and teamwork mindset.
- Strong business acumen and market awareness.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Strong understanding of day-to-day hospital sales execution and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing and developing distributor relationships would be considered an asset
Successful Candidate Will Have
- Proven hospital sales experience.
- Previous experience within the MedTech industry - experience working within a surgical and Operating Room (OR) environment.
- Familiarity with Advanced Surgery products and solutions.
- Good understanding of hospital tender processes and procurement pathways.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with sales data, performance metrics, and numerical analysis.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Relevant medical device or healthcare sales experience within an operating room environment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
