1. Job Purpose

Responsible for managing and developing key customers in Coil Coatings and General Finishes (GF), driving sales growth, profitability and long-term customer relationships in Vietnam.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key accounts in the Coil & GF business.

• Achieve annual sales, revenue and profitability targets.

• Develop new business opportunities and expand PPG's market share.

• Build strong relationships with customers, including technical, purchasing and management levels.

• Understand customer needs, market trends and competitor activities, and develop appropriate business strategies.

• Coordinate with Technical, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing teams to ensure excellent customer support.

• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, forecasting and contract discussions with key customers.

• Follow up new projects, product qualifications, trials and commercialization.

• Prepare regular sales forecasts, account plans and business reviews.

• Ensure compliance with PPG policies, EHS requirements and commercial processes.

3. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Chemistry or Technical related fields.

• 3+ years of sales / key account experience, preferably in industrial coatings, chemical, aluminum, steel or related industries.

• Experience managing major industrial customers and complex B2B sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

• Good business acumen and ability to identify and develop new opportunities.

• Good command of English.

• Willingness to travel to customers when required.

4. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Coil Coatings and/or General Finishes.

• Existing network with aluminum, steel, building materials or industrial manufacturers.

• Experience working with multinational companies and cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
