Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for Key Account  Manager to join our ever evolving Sales & Business Development team within Global Payments Europe and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

• Own end-to-end relationships with assigned key accounts, acting as the trusted advisor and primary escalation point for all client needs.
• Drive account growth through strategic account planning, contract renewals, and identification of cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Lead service governance, executive business reviews, and resolution of critical issues to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage commercial performance, including revenue forecasting, profitability, billing accuracy, and contract negotiations.
• Partner cross-functionally to represent the voice of the customer, align internal resources, and deliver solutions that support client business objectives.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant Experience or Degree in: Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, etc.; Combination of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degree
• Typically Minimum 8 Years Relevant Exp
• Experience in client facing roles and/or financial industry.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience managing complex client environments, leading cross-functional initiatives, and influencing outcomes without direct authority.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and make sound business decisions independently.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives.

• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across internal teams and external customer organizations to drive results.

• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate client needs into scalable business and operational solutions.
