Milyen feladatokat lát el nálunk egy DPA Auditor?

• A gépek rendelkezésre állásának biztosítása, maximalizálása, szükség esetén a területi specialistákkal együttműködve
• A Processing területen a gépek általános műszaki állapotának figyelése
• Meghibásodás esetén az elhárítási folyamat azonnali megkezdése
• Hibaelhárítások végrehajtása, dokumentálása, gépi állásidők nyilvántartása, az erre kialakított rendszerekben
• A gépek javításáról, beállítások módosításáról a kollégák tájékoztatása írásban
• Eszkalációs folyamat betartása, ha az állásidő meghaladja 30 percet, és a termelést jelentősen befolyásolja
• Részvétel a Processing karbantartási terület helyi projekt munkáiban
• A saját területén a preventív karbantartás pontos – a dokumentáció által előírt – végrehajtása, dokumentálása
• A tervszerű karbantartási feladatok során talált, nem a tervszerű feladatokhoz kapcsolódó  rendellenességek, hibák elhárítása
• A tervszerű karbantartások alkalmával a korábban dokumentált rendellenességek, hibák elhárítása
• Azonnali intézkedés a munkabiztonsággal, termékbiztonsággal és vagyonbiztonsággal kapcsolatos helyzetek megszüntetésére
• Az esetek, észrevételek írásban történő jelentése és javaslattétele az újra előfordulás megelőzésére     
• Műhelyterületek, gép területek előírás szerinti állapotának fenntartása
• 5S feladatok előírás szerinti elvégzése
• Munkaterületének rendezett átadása

Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges:

• Szakirányú (elektromos vagy mechanikus) középfokú végzettség
• Mechanikai és/ vagy elektromos területen szerzett tapasztalat
• Műszakos munkarend vállalása
• Pontos, precíz munkavégzés
• Jó problémamegoldó és kommunikációs képesség
• Számítógépes ismeret (MS Office)
