Job Description
Milyen feladatot lát el nálunk egy Karbantartási Koordinátor?
- A napi működéshez kapcsolódó adminisztráció, riportálás és KPI-frissítések támogatása
- Problémák, eltérések és karbantartási igények koordinálása az érintett csapatok között
- A területeken felvett korrektiv akciók nyomonkövetése, rövid és hosszútávú akciók tervezése, végrahajtása
- Műszakos és megelőző groupleaderek támogatása
- A folyamatos fejlesztési kezdeményezések támogatása, LCI-alapelvek mentén
- Kommunikáció biztosítása a helyi és esetenként globális stakeholderekkel
- 5S sztenderdek fejlesztése, auditok támogatása, akciók nyomon követése
- Ötlet program támogatás
- A karbantartáshoz köthető vállalkozók eseti koordinálása
- Munkaterületek rendszeres ellenőrzése a biztonsági előírásoknak való megfelelés biztosítása érdekében.
- A területhez tartozó eszközök, gépek időszakos ellenőrzése és nyomon követése (létra, targonca, egyéb emelőgép)
- A területen megtalálható vegyszerek kezelése, új vegyszer vagy kémiai anyag esetén azok elfogadtatása, bevezetése
Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges:
- Minimum 5 év gyártásban eltöltött munkatapasztalat
- Precíz, pontos munkavégzés
- Jó problémamegoldó és szervezőkészség
- Jó kommunikációs és együttműködési készség
- Önálló, felelősségteljes munkavégzés
- Felhasználói szintű számítógépes ismeretek
- Angol nyelvtudás előnyt jelent, de nem feltétel
