About the Role

The Junior Social & Activation Strategist supports the day-to-day delivery of integrated digital and social programmes, primarily for Wella and Galderma. The role combines client coordination, content development and publishing, community management, creator partnerships, social listening and performance reporting.
Working closely with the wider Digital team, the successful candidate will help identify cultural, platform and real-time opportunities that strengthen campaign relevance, responsiveness and effectiveness. This role is suited to someone who is organised, digitally curious and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day client coordination and delivery across Wella, Galderma and other Digital assignments.
- Help plan, develop, review and publish social content in line with brand, channel and campaign requirements.
- Manage community engagement and support timely, culturally relevant responses to audience conversations.
- Coordinate creator and influencer activity, including research, outreach, briefing, content tracking and reporting.
- Monitor social platforms, cultural trends and emerging conversations to identify real-time opportunities and potential risks.
- Support social listening, campaign measurement and performance reporting, translating results into clear insights and recommended actions.
- Maintain content calendars, status documents and project timelines, escalating delivery risks when required.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, account and production colleagues to deliver high-quality, integrated work.
- Apply strong quality control across copy, assets, publishing and reporting outputs.
Contribute to other assignments and new-business opportunities as team priorities require.

Experience, Skills and Attributes

- Professional experience in social media, digital communications, content, community management or a related agency or client environment.
- Native-level or fully professional Spanish, with strong awareness of local culture, tone and audience behaviour.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.
- Familiarity with major social platforms, publishing workflows, social listening, creator marketing and performance metrics.
- Collaborative, curious and proactive, with sound judgement, clear communication and a genuine interest in beauty, health, culture and digital trends.

This is a fixed-term role created to maintain continuity and high-quality delivery across key client accounts during a nine-month period of leave coverage.
