Junior Sales Executive

This role is with KLG, a global leader in international education. KLG is now owned by Inspirit Capital and continues to deliver world-class educational experiences through its international network of schools and university partners.

We are looking for highly motivated Bilingual Sales Advisors who are interested in developing their professional careers in a dynamic, multicultural, and growth-oriented environment.  

In this role, you will be responsible for advising potential students from North America and Europe via phone and email, helping them choose the English program abroad that best fits their academic and personal goals. Your work will directly contribute to the student experience and to positioning Kaplan as a leader in international education.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized commercial advice to prospects (no cold calls), ensuring their needs are aligned with our academic offerings.

• Manage the traceability of clients and sales opportunities through Salesforce and other internal platforms. .

• Meet and exceed individual, market, and KPI targets set by the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.

• Fluent English proficiency (B2+)

• Professional degree or equivalent academic training.

• Interest and affinity for the travel, education, and language learning sectors.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills .

• Attractive base salary and unlimited monthly commissions (Unlimited earnings)

• Initial 2-week onboarding process, with ongoing training and support from the sales team.

• Automatic promotion to Sales Executive after 6 months in the role and meeting established goals.

• Work schedule: Rotating shifts between 10:00 a.m. y 9:00 p.m.
