As a Quality Engineering Analyst, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and multiple teams to help ensure the quality and reliability of our products, processes, and applications. What you will do:

• Support the planning and execution of testing activities based on business and functional requirements.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of testing approaches, processes, and solutions.
• Perform quality assurance activities to help identify issues and improve processes and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Analyze testing results, document findings, and communicate relevant insights to the team.
• Support test documentation, defect tracking, status reporting, and other test management activities.
• Learn and apply quality engineering practices, tools, and methodologies with guidance from experienced team members.

Here's what you will need:

• 1–2 years of experience in testing, quality assurance, business analysis, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and develop your expertise in Quality Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills in Czech or Slovak and English (B2+).
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work primarily from the client location in Prague with an initial onboarding and knowledge-transfer period requiring full-time office presence. Afterwards, a minimum of 4 days per week on-site is expected.
  

Optional Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is considered a plus.
• Experience with testing activities, defect management, or requirements analysis is advantageous.
