Qvantel Customer Operations in Europe region is looking for a Junior Operation specialist to join an established customer program team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a higher education degree and 1–2 years of professional experience, and who is eager to grow in operations. 

You will work closely with senior professionals cross-functional teams and side by side with the customer to support platform stability and help in quick incidents resolution. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead planning, coordinating, and monitoring hotfixes process. 

• Incidents/problems triage and root cause investigation before escalation to L3 

• Ensure incidents/problems resolution within the SLA. 

• Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment in case on major incidents. 

• Alignment meetings with customer to discuss priority, agree resolution plan and explain fixes/changes impacts on the system. 

Qualifications 

• Degree in engineering or informatics. 

• 1–2 years of working experience as incident/defect manager or testing activities in the IT industry is considered an advantage. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Strong logical thinking and organizational abilities 

• Troubleshooting and analysis 

• Proactive and learning-oriented mindset. 

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. 

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory.
