Job Description:
- The Investment Analyst is responsible to assist the Project Cost Specialist with various duties and tasks including but not limited to:
- Creating and processing specifications, manufacturing change notices, requisitions, debit memos, and L4 WBS numbers in SAP
- Creating and maintaining planning items and documenting investment meetings
- Creating and publishing various weekly / monthly investment reports
- Creating / maintaining invoice workflows and resolving invoicing issues
- Loading project data to MEDDS
- Reconciling closing projects
- Coordinating yearend accrual process and maintaining supplier cost roll-up files
- Special projects as requested
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Project Cost Specialist or Investment Manager
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Experience: 0-3 years, preferably in Manufacturing

- Excellent communication skills, self-starter, ability to prioritize.
