In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead HR Operations within an assigned team in one or more countries in a hub or front office for one or more service line. Each day, you will take accountability for end-to-end operations to deliver high-quality services against globally agreed performance targets in the concerned geography / service line. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensuring that the HR operations hub and/or front Office processes of the respective country adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.

The work model for the role is: hybrid.

As a Junior Team Leader, you will report to a Team Leader who will provide guidance and support.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Managing and developing a team of approximately 15 employees across the Kraków (80%) and Bangalore (20%) hubs to ensure effective operational performance, including workload distribution, queue management, and short- to mid-term tactical activities.
• Overseeing the timely and accurate processing of HR requests within the assigned scope, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), data accuracy, and effective resolution of discrepancies.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction, analyzing feedback, and implementing service improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements, including supporting system changes, workflow optimization, and standardization to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Building effective relationships with stakeholders through regular communication, collaboration, and alignment with business needs and operational priorities.
• Developing and coaching team members through training, feedback, and mentoring, while promoting an inclusive and collaborative work environment aligned with ABB's values of diversity, respect, and fair treatment.

Qualifications for the role:

• You have experience in team performance management, using data-driven insights to improve team effectiveness and productivity.
• You have well-developed stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration and alignment across different business areas.
• You have a good understanding of project management methodologies, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and support the implementation of initiatives.
• You demonstrate a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach, identifying opportunities to improve service quality and business outcomes.
• You have a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• You possess effective communication skills, supporting collaboration and interaction across different teams and functions.
• You demonstrate adaptability and an open-minded approach to change, with a willingness to learn new tools, support system changes, and adapt to new processes and ways of working.
