Job Responsibilities 

• Support end-to-end ERP implementation and support activities within the Service & Maintenance domain.
• Assist senior consultants in understanding and documenting client business requirements.
• Assist in business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration documents, user guides, and other project-related documents.
• Support system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist with data migration activities, master data preparation, and validation.
• Support user training and preparation of training materials.
• Provide first-level functional support and assist in resolving post-go-live issues.
• Work closely with technical consultants on reports, integrations, customizations, and system enhancements.
• Maintain a good understanding of IFS Cloud functionality, new releases, and Service & Maintenance best practices.
• Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Asset Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.

• 6 months–1 year of relevant experience in service & maintenance, ERP, or a related field. 

• Exposure to IFS ERP or any other ERP system will be an added advantage. 
• Basic understanding of business operations. 
• Exposure to ERP implementation, testing, configuration, or support will be an advantage. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and project teams.
