About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gdańsk!

This is an entry-level opportunity for people who enjoy working with others and want to develop their career in an international environment. In this role, you will support business customers throughout the order-to-invoice process, working closely with Sales, Logistics, and other internal teams. Most customer interactions take place via email, with occasional phone communication.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting customers and internal stakeholders throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing the order-to-invoice process

• Communicating with customers and suppliers via email and phone

• Providing after-sales support to business customers

• Managing customer orders and maintaining order accuracy

• Monitoring and handling backlog alerts and requested backlog changes

• Supporting customer reserved inventory management

• Cooperating closely with Sales, Assets, and Logistics teams

• Driving on-time delivery performance in line with customer and company goals

• Building customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving

• Contributing to process efficiency and continuous improvement

This role follows standard business hours, Monday to Friday, with working hours of either 8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00. We operate in a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days per week spent in our Gdańsk office. To ensure a smooth onboarding experience and support your learning and development, the first three months are office-based.

This position is offered on a fixed-term basis through the end of February 2028.

Skills & Experience Required

• English at B2 level, both written and spoken

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Accountability and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or a similar customer-facing role

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Polish language skills
