What you’ll do

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be one of the key points of contact for our customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Connect with customers
  Support customers via phone, email and other communication channels, answering their questions and finding the best solutions.

• Solve problems
  Take ownership of customer requests and issues, including urgent cases, and make sure they are followed up until they are resolved.

• Work across teams
  Collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Logistics, Credit Management, Marketing and Operations to solve customer challenges.

• Use data to improve
  Look at customer data, identify trends and help us understand how we can improve the customer experience.

• Make things better
  Bring your ideas to the table and contribute to projects and process improvements that make the customer journey smoother.

Who you are

We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive and eager to learn. You enjoy working with people, are comfortable in an international environment and like taking ownership of your work.

You're organized, communicate confidently and aren't afraid to ask questions, share ideas or take initiative. Most importantly, you're excited to learn, grow and build your career with us.

For this role, fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential, as you'll be working with customers and colleagues across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You should also feel comfortable working with Microsoft Office.
