What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

• Manage supplier communication from Purchase Order (PO) confirmation through material receipt.
• Follow up on open purchase orders and expedite deliveries as required.
• Monitor shortages and provide recommendations based on MRP requirements.
• Track supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and support KPI reporting.
• Resolve logistics and delivery-related issues.
• Coordinate Return to Vendor (RTV) activities, including RMA's (repair)
• Support resolution of invoice discrepancies and receiving issues with Finance and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier data in ERP systems.
• Escalate critical supply chain risks and delivery concerns to the Buyer.
• Work closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering & Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Planning, Vendor Scheduling, or Operations.
• Previous experience as a Vendor Scheduler or Junior Buyer is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Understanding of supply chain and purchasing processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within defined guidelines.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Knowledge of inventory management and MRP concepts.
• Exposure to manufacturing or high-tech environments.
• Familiarity with supplier performance metrics and procurement KPIs.
