We are looking for an Application Consultant (CRM) to join our Digital & Technology team on behalf of one of our major clients within the Greek market.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution by configuring, deploying, and optimizing real-time personalization strategies, customer data workflows, and marketing automation campaigns across our digital touchpoints.

You will play a key role in managing customer profiles, configuring event tracking, setting up automated recommendation logic, and ensuring seamless integration between our web/app channels and core CRM/CDP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Tracking & Web Integration: Configure and maintain web event listeners, tracking scripts, and sitemaps to capture user behaviors, catalog interactions, and engagement metrics across digital channels.

• Template & Campaign Execution: Build, style, and deploy dynamic client-side and server-side templates, inline banners, and pop-up experiences to deliver targeted content to web and mobile users.
• Customer Profile & Data Management: Manage unified customer profiles, dynamic audience segmentation rules, identity resolution, and daily data feeds (ETL/catalog imports).
• Automated Decisioning & Recommendations: Configure recommendation algorithms, rules engines, frequency capping, and anti-fatigue logic to deliver contextual product or content suggestions in real time.
• Testing, Analytics & Optimization: Execute A/B and multivariate tests, define conversion objectives, and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize customer journeys.
• Technical QA & Troubleshooting: Utilize web developer tools to inspect page events, validate data payloads, debug scripts, and ensure reliable end-to-end data flow.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience administering or consulting on real-time personalization engines, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), or enterprise CRM/Marketing Automation systems.
• Front-End & Web Fundamentals: Practical knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3 for web tracking, DOM manipulation, and dynamic template rendering.
• Data & Integration Literacy: Solid understanding of JSON, basic SQL, and ETL processes for data validation, attribute mapping, and catalog synchronization.
• Personalization Logic: Experience setting up algorithmic recommendation models, rule-based targeting, dynamic segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Analytical & Technical Problem-Solving: Proficiency with browser developer tools (Console, Network tab) to trace event calls, inspect payloads, and troubleshoot tracking issues.
• Consultative Skills: Ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate marketing strategies into functional technical configurations.
• Certifications in enterprise CRM, CDP, or Marketing Automation platforms will be a strong plus
• Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) will be will be a valuable asset
• Understanding of broader CRM architectures, campaign management systems, or database management will be an added advantage
