Job description

Full-time. Mon to Friday, including Portuguese holidays (exc. Xmas and New year), 1pm to 10pm

Experience 
 - 2-3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Operations support, Manages Services or related functions. 
 - Demonstrated experience in working with Service Providers and Third-Party Vendors. 
 - Familiarity with Contract Management and Supplier Governance processes.

Role Overview 
 - Reporting to the Service Manager based in Portugal, the Vendor Management Support Analyst (VM Support Analyst) will be responsible for selected support and quality maintenance activities within our Partner’s Vendor Management lifecycle.  

Key Responsibilities 
 - Perform selected in-scope Purchase Requisition, Product Renewal and Product Acquisition activities. 
 - Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance adherence with approved procedures and governance standards. 
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence and customer satisfaction. 
 - Guarantee Service Operation Procedures are continuously maintained & updated. 
 - Ensure regular reporting activities, in adherence to established procedures and quality requirements in place.  

Required Skills & Competencies 
Must Have 
 - Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills. 
 - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. 
 - Analytical and problem-solving skills. 
 - Knowledge of SLA/KPI management and reporting principles. 
Preferred 
 - Experience working with international teams and clients. 
 - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization frameworks.

 - Results-oriented and proactive. 
 - Attention to detail. 
 - High level of accountability and ownership. 
 - Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
