主要职责

• 负责骨科关节膝翻修产品组合及品牌管理，制定并执行产品战略和品牌发展规划，推动业务增长及市场份额提升
• 分析市场趋势、客户需求及竞争动态，结合膝关节及翻修领域的临床需求和专业知识，挖掘业务机会并制定市场策略
• 基于市场洞察与数据分析，推动新品上市及重点商业项目落地
• 建立并维护KOL网络，推动学术推广项目，并负责市场活动策划、执行及预算管理，确保项目高效落地
• 为销售团队提供产品培训及市场支持，提升团队对膝关节翻修产品、临床应用及手术场景的专业理解
• 与销售、医学事务及区域/全球团队协作，推动业务目标达成

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，医学相关专业优先
• 5年以上医疗行业工作经验，具备骨科关节相关经验优先，膝关节领域经验更佳
• 具备较强的骨科关节专业知识，对膝关节置换及翻修相关产品、临床应用和手术流程有较深入理解
• 具备产品管理、市场营销或商业策略经验
• 具备手术跟台经验者优先
• 具备较强的市场洞察、项目管理及数据分析能力
• 优秀的沟通协作能力及中英文表达能力
• 结果导向，能够适应出差
