Talent Acquisition Partners:

Own end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Identify, engage, and build relationships with high-caliber technical and non-technical talent through targeted research, creative sourcing, and personalized outreach.

Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Talent Business Partners:

Partner with teams across Midas to understand their needs, identify challenges, and turn them into meaningful talent actions.

Build high-performing teams by shaping decisions around performance, development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Use data, insights, and continuous experimentation to challenge existing practices and build better ways for people to grow and thrive at Midas.

Compensation & Benefits Specialists:

Shape and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and reward practices through market benchmarking, internal equity analysis, and data-driven insights.

Ensure payroll, employee records, and people operations run accurately, smoothly, and reliably.

Build analyses and models that inform compensation, budgeting, and reward decisions across Midas.
