章节2：职责和责任
下列是此职位按照适用的联邦，洲，地方法律/法规和强生公司的程序和指南：
- 关键任务和具体职责以及需要花费最多时间的工作任务：
o 配合新设备的安装和调试，以及相关的验证活动
o 正确及时地执行设备维护工作，确保设备处于良好可用状态
o 配合和响应其他部门（生产、质量、EHS）设备相关的需求，包括但不限于：设备维护申请、设备改进、事故调查和处理、操作工培训、验证和审计等
o 寻找和实施改进项目和活动，实现更好的符合性和设备绩效
o 确保设备维护活动符合EHS要求
o 保持相关区域的5S
o 直接领导布置的其他任务
o 负责将业务相关问题或机会传达给下一级管理层。
o 对于那些监督或管理员工的人员，如适用，负责确保下属遵循与健康，安全和环境实践相关的所有公司指南，以及所有需要的资源都是可用的，且状况良好。
o 负责确保个人和公司遵守联邦、州、地方和公司的所有法规、政策和程序。
o 执行其他必要的职责。

- 大专或以上，机电一体化或其他维修相关专业
章节4: 要求的知识，技能，能力，认证/许可证和附属。
· 2~3年维护工作经验，
· 英语流利者优先
· 有GMP/ISO知识者优先
· 在制造业或医疗器械有3-5 者优先
相关领域有过先进技术培训者优先
