投資家や企業などが保有する不動産において、物件の運営管理業務（プロパティマネジメント業務）をお任せします。収入向上策の策定や運営コストを最小化させて収益を増やすことにより、不動産の価値を最大化させる役割を担います。

【募集背景】
急速な事業拡大のため、当社が管理する物流施設のプロパティマネージャーを募集しています。資産価値の向上のためのオーナー（主にファンドやJ-REIT等の投資家案件が多いです）への提案・運営・管理業務をお任せします。

<ミッション＞
管理物件の資産価値向上を目指し、業務を実行すること。
（シニアマネージャー、チームリーダーへのキャリアパスあり。）

【具体的な業務内容】
・物流施設を中心とする施設の運営管理
・クライアント（建物オーナー）との関係構築
・入居テナントとの賃料交渉、請求、トラブル時の対応等のテナント対応業務
・修繕工事の計画立案、発注手続き等の建物維持管理業務
・管理物件の収支を計算する会計レポートを含む、月次のレポーティング業務、予算作成業務

・サテライトオフィスでの業務も可能なため、担当物件への直行・サテライトオフィスからの直帰等、柔軟で効率的な働き方が可能。
・フレックスタイム制
・実力次第で、業務の幅を広げていくこと・年齢、社歴に関わらず昇格が可能。

【必須（MUST）】

・オフィスビルや物流施設の管理経験、不動産業界出身者歓迎
・クライアント（ビルオーナー）との関係性を構築できるコミュニケーション能力
・物件関係者（設備管理会社、社内事務担当者等）と円滑に運営できるマネジメント能力
・マネジメント経験
・PCスキル（MS Office全般）
