Inventi is a financial application development company specializing in the financial sector. We offer innovative products like Payment Gateway, Regulatory Reporting Connector and Verification of Payee (VoP), alongside tailored services, using cutting-edge technology to keep customers ahead.

As our team grows, we're looking for an IT Systems Engineer who will take ownership of our internal IT environment and help us make it more efficient, secure, and scalable.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the devices, systems, and tools our people rely on every day. You'll work closely with our DevOps and Product teams, have the freedom to improve existing processes, and bring new ideas to life through automation.

What you'll be doing:

• Take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, including technical onboarding and offboarding, device setup, troubleshooting, and IT support.
• Manage our Mac fleet using Mosyle and Apple Business Manager, including device configuration and maintenance.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory, coordinate equipment purchases, replacements, and repairs.
• Administer and maintain our internal tools, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and 1Password, while managing licenses and SaaS costs.
• Design and implement centralized identity and access management solutions, including SSO, MFA, and role-based access.
• Automate IT workflows and integrate systems using APIs, scripts, and automation tools.
• Develop and improve IT policies, processes, and documentation to ensure secure, efficient, and audit-ready operations.

What you bring

• At least 2 years of experience in IT systems administration or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting macOS devices.
• Strong administration skills in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Practical experience using AI tools in your daily work, such as AI coding assistants.
• Good understanding of identity and access management, including SSO (SAML/OIDC), MFA, and user lifecycle automation.
• Solid knowledge of IT security fundamentals, including least privilege, device hardening, and secure offboarding.
• Scripting skills and confidence working with configuration as code.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset - you can prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage improvements from planning to implementation.
• Good written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISO 27001 or other information security and compliance frameworks, including audit preparation.
• Familiarity with access management best practices.
• Basic networking knowledge, including office Wi-Fi, VPNs, and firewalls.
