Prenderai parte a diversi progetti di trasformazione del business in settori come Financial Services, Automotive & Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Markets, Energy & Utilities, Telco & Media, Pharma attraverso l’efficientamento e la reingegnerizzazione dei processi interni.
Entrerai a far parte di un team in rapida ascesa dedicato al mondo del Project Management, sia su framework tradizionali/waterfall che in ambito agile (Scrum/SAFe).
Prenderai parte a diversi progetti di trasformazione digitale delle aziende con cui collaboriamo, dando spazio alle tue idee e fornendo il contributo innovativo che hai sempre desiderato grazie anche all’accesso alle vaste competenze del nostro brand e network internazionale.
Parteciperai a progetti di consulenza in ambito Project Management aiutando i nostri clienti principalmente nei seguenti ambiti:
● Attività di governance e PMO
● Gestione E2E di nuovi progetti, dalla fase di setup all’execution, con periodiche attività di testing e go-to-live, migration strategy, ecc.
● Studio e presidio delle principali metodologie Agile e Waterfall
