Core Responsibilities

• Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage the CITO's demanding calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences, and ensure that their time is used effectively. This includes coordinating with other C-suite executives, external partners, and internal teams.
• Correspondence and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for the CITO's office. This involves screening and prioritizing incoming emails, calls, and correspondence, and drafting, proofreading, and editing professional communications on the CITO's behalf.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, which may include creating agendas, preparing presentations and reports, taking and transcribing meeting minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Document and Information Management: Maintain a professional and confidential filing system (both digital and physical) for the CITO's office. This includes managing sensitive documents, reports, and contracts, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible, Deck preparation for time to time.
• Budget and Expense Management: Assist in tracking the CITO's office budget, processing expense reports, and managing administrative-related invoices and purchases.
• Event Planning: Coordinate and organize internal and external events, such as team-building activities, department-wide meetings, and professional conferences.
• General Administrative Support: Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, office supply management, and serving as a liaison between the CITO and other departments.
