Do you have what we’re looking for?
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent relevant experience;
- Strong knowledge of billing and basic accounting principles;
- Diploma in accounting, administration, or management, or equivalent relevant experience;
- Thoroughness and attention to detail;
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities; strong organizational skills and autonomy;
- Clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams;
- Ability to resolve disputes constructively.
Challenges awaiting you:
- Send invoices to customers using their preferred delivery method (email, mail, portal);
- Respond to customer questions regarding their invoices. Escalate potential issues to the supervisor;
- Verify information (prices, quantities, taxes, commercial terms);
- Apply the required discounts, rebates, fees, penalties, or adjustments;
- Prepare credit notes in the event of errors or returns;
- Participate in month-end closings while meeting deadlines;
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices;
- Manage disputes involving pricing errors, discrepancies, or duplicate invoices;
- Perform accounts payable department tasks (processing supplier invoices and following up on account statements);
- Collaborate with the Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Accounting teams;
- Maintain a high standard of service and communication.
