About You

You bring a passion for commercial real estate and a strong interest in investment sales. You are intellectually curious, financially minded, and motivated to build a long-term career in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate is highly driven, collaborative, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a high-performing team, high volume team. Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills are essential.

In this role, you will:

• Be heavily involved in market research and property analysis, cold calling and prospecting for new business, and following up on leads and opportunities through deal execution.
• Support the team’s client relationships and new and existing business development, from pitching prospective assignments through working on exclusive listings. Product types include office, retail, industrial/flex and multifamily.
• Conduct property tours for prospective buyers and brokers and assist with follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities and research and source comparable transactions.
• Bring a great attitude and a desire to learn the business and local marketplace through industry events, networking, prospecting and participation in client meetings.
• Coordinate supporting materials for offers and transactions and review proposals, financials and related documents.
• Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, correspondence and other documents.
• Develop toward independently sourcing new business and managing real estate sales transactions from start to finish.

What you’ll bring:

• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, competitive mindset and desire to build a long-term career in commercial real estate investment sales.
• 2+ years of relevant commercial real estate experience, preferably in investment sales, capital markets, leasing or business development. Strong internship experience will also be considered.
• Comfort with proactive business development, including cold calling, client outreach and in-person prospecting.
• New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson License, or in the process of obtaining one.
• Excellent interpersonal, quantitative, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organized with excellent time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience using CRM platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CoStar and other commercial real estate applications preferred.

Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.

100% commission based

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training."
