Our Denver office is seeking an exceptionally talented Associate to join our Business Services & Industrials practice. As an Associate, you'll sit at the center of lean deal teams, working directly with clients, senior bankers, and analysts from day one. You'll take genuine ownership in executing M&A and financing transactions, leading workstreams, mentoring analysts, and interacting directly with company management. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and is eager to grow into a senior banker.

Responsibilities

Individuals will be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit. Responsibilities include:

• Planning, structuring, and executing M&A and financing transactions from initial pitch through closing
• Interfacing directly with clients, prospective buyers or investors, and legal counsel to drive transactions to close
• Leading deal teams and mentoring analysts to produce financial models, valuation analyses, confidential information memorandums, and management presentations
• Coordinating due diligence, managing the data room, and preparing client and buyer materials under tight timelines

Qualifications

• Exceptional work ethic, intellectual curiosity, leadership, and analytical aptitude
• Prior experience working as an analyst or associate within an investment bank or similar finance role is highly preferred
• Demonstrable transaction and managerial experience
• Proven self-starter
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, including valuation, LBO, DCF, and comparable company analysis
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Capital IQ, Pitch Book, and other financial information tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree required
• FINRA Series 79 or Series 7 strongly preferred (required within 90 days of start date)

GLC Advisors offers highly competitive compensation, including performance-based bonus opportunities, commensurate with experience and contribution. Our benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Base salary compensation ranges between $150,000 and $170,000. The role is also eligible for discretionary incentive bonus compensation.
