What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Documentation & Process Support: assist in documenting business requirements, rationale, and process flows for Credit Infrastructure & Solutions initiatives
• Data Analytics Support: leverage data and analytical techniques to support risk management initiatives and business requirements
• Project Implementation: support project enhancement activities, including tracking deliverables and assisting with implementation readiness
• User Testing & Validation: participate in user acceptance testing, post-implementation parallel runs, and result verification activities to ensure solutions perform as intended
• Data Verification & Quality Assurance: assist in validating outputs, reconciling results, and supporting data quality checks across systems and processes
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with business and technology stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and support project execution
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on data engineering, analytics, and risk infrastructure projects as assigned

Who You Work With

Group Risk Portfolio Management plays a key role in strengthening the bank's risk management framework through effective governance, data management, and technology enablement. Within the Credit Infrastructure & Solutions team, you'll work alongside professionals who develop and maintain the systems, data infrastructure, and analytical capabilities that support credit risk management. You'll gain valuable exposure to how technology and data are leveraged to enhance risk oversight and decision-making across the organisation.
